For all levels; no prior meditation experience required.
The tantric goddess traditions offer us a powerfully transformative vision of the Divine Feminine as she appears in both women and men. When we connect with the Divine Feminine, we attune to self-actualization, divine love, and liberating wisdom. In this workshop, Sally Kempton offers unique insights into the dark and light sides of our relationship to the Divine Feminine, layered with her powerful transmission of inner meditative states.
Sally approaches the mystery of the Divine Feminine as
- Shakti, the creative power that animates our bodies and guides our liberation
- The archetypal goddesses and yoginis of the wisdom traditions, particularly Kali, Laksmi, Saraswati, Mary, and Kuan Yin
- The protective power that guards the life of the planet itself.
Working with meditation, contemplative practices, psychological processes, mantra, myth, and self-inquiry, we look at how goddess energies are expressed through our personal and emotional energies, and how we can connect to the Divine Feminine in her protective and liberating forms.
