Come experience the magic and heart of Kripalu Yoga. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, a solid foundation of knowledge can help you develop a healthy and balanced practice to serve you well throughout your life.
Combining practice, lecture, and dialogue, this workshop explores yoga fundamentals, such as function and form, to create a safe and mindful experience. Discover how your practice can flourish by

- Cultivating breathing techniques, postures, meditation, and relaxation
- Creating a practice that realizes your full potential and individuality.
When you establish a grounded, embodied practice, you foster the conditions for your roots to sink deep and the fruits of yoga to ripen within you.
