Come experience the magic and heart of Kripalu Yoga. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, a solid foundation of knowledge can help you develop a healthy and balanced practice to serve you well throughout your life.

Combining practice, lecture, and dialogue, this workshop explores yoga fundamentals, such as function and form, to create a safe and mindful experience. Discover how your practice can flourish by

  • Customizing poses to fit your body
  • Cultivating breathing techniques, postures, meditation, and relaxation
  • Creating a practice that realizes your full potential and individuality.

When you establish a grounded, embodied practice, you foster the conditions for your roots to sink deep and the fruits of yoga to ripen within you.

CE Credits
This program is eligible for
  • 25 credits for Athletic Trainers (BOC), $30 additional charge
  • 25 credits for Yoga Alliance (YA), $30 additional charge
