Freedom Style Yoga offers an intuitive approach to yoga as the art of living. Using this approach, you meditate (listen inwardly for guidance) when you sit quietly, when you practice poses, and throughout your day.

From this inner connection, you act as you are prompted to—from within. This advanced practice requires the courage to follow your deepest impulses about what feels right and what doesn’t.

Learn to take cues from your inner guide and move through poses safely and creatively, paying attention to your breath, your own limits, and your body’s energy lines. Drawing on years of experience, Erich helps you develop deeper levels of self-trust based on the conviction that you are the specific and unique self-expression of Life, Love, Truth, Omnipresence, God, Guru, and Self.
