Realign yourself with the rhythms of nature to renew your vital energy and uncover radiant health and wellness. Five Element Yoga is a celebration of yoga postures, breathing, self-care, mudras, and deep healing rest with Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra.
Drawing from the traditions of Kripalu Yoga, Integrative Yoga Therapy, and Ayurveda, this workshop invites you to dive deeply into your five elements: earth, water, fire, air, and ether. Five Element Yoga nourishes and balances each of your elements, bringing you into harmony and balance with yourself and the larger forces of nature. The result is increased health, happiness, and inner peace.
