Program Details
I expected to learn tips and tactics. I had no idea how personally transformational it would be. My confidence and effectiveness improved so much—I was thrilled (and so were my clients). It’s taken my work to a whole new level, opened my heart, honed my craft, and made my contribution to people’s lives more gratifying.

—Katie Jay, MSW, coach, author, and director of the National Association for Weight Loss Surgery

For everyone interested in facilitating the wisdom of individuals and groups.

Learn to create the conditions for transformation, accountability, and creativity in groups, workshops, retreats, and trainings. Empower yourself and others to heal and grow by cultivating trust—the foundation for safe inquiry and authentic dialogue. Role-plays, fishbowl simulations, and case studies make this workshop dynamic and interactive.

Your participants can’t help but succeed when you

  • Get clear about your goals, strengths, and challenges as a leader
  • Use intention, attention, agreements, and conscious communication
  • Hone mind-body coaching skills to listen, reflect, encourage, and ask powerful questions
  • Respond wisely to clear obstacles, upsets, and confusion
  • Build consensus and group synergy with your presence and support.

The group process is easier when you transform your own life first. By being present, not perfect, you set the stage for inclusive solutions and sustainable results.

Note Tuition includes a manual with intake interviews, templates, checklists, and behavior contracts, as well as tools for safety and crisis management. This program is part of a comprehensive, three-part training. It can stand alone or be taken as a series. See for more information.
