For all levels.

At his Kripalu workshops, David Nichtern usually starts by asking people what kind of background they have in meditation. His favorite answer so far: “Well, I’ve had a regular practice—twice a year, every year for 20 years!”

Anything worthwhile takes time, energy, and commitment. There are no quick fixes in our spiritual lives or otherwise, but this program is workable for all, including rank beginners. Come enjoy periods of sitting and walking meditation and an overview of the entire Buddhist path and its relevance to people like us, living everyday lives. This workshop includes contemplation, lively discussion, relaxation, and celebration.

People have come to identify Buddhism with mindfulness and that is true, but it is also so much more. There is real training in developing kindness, compassion (to oneself and others), wisdom, and very practical skills concerning relationships, business, creativity, personal health, and vitality.

Join David for this opportunity to deepen and strengthen your practice.
