For everyone.

Healing from grief is a journey from heartbreak to wholeness, from darkness to light. We all experience loss in many forms. Unfortunately our culture offers limited support and few rituals to help us move forward through the many layers of grief but yogic philosophy gives us a roadmap with which to find our way through these difficult feelings. Since grief is a body-centered process, yogic strategies for integration and moving through to a deeper level of wholeness are applicable and profoundly relevant.

In the safe and sacred atmosphere of this retreat, we learn how to outlive loss and even grow from it. Using breath, movement, dialogue, journaling, and contemplation, we practice being present with our feelings in the moment.

Aruni Nan Futuronsky, who has been transformed and enriched by her own experiences of loss and grief, leads this group experience that offers solace, possibility, and hope.
