Before fall turns to the quietude of winter, as the leaves begin their cyclical descent to earth, give yourself a nourishing gift with this retreat designed to bring you RESToration for body, mind, and soul.

In this workshop, you learn how to use

  • A variety of yogic techniques that embrace deep rest, such as gentle Kripalu Yoga, Yin Yoga, restorative yoga, short sitting meditations, and yoga nidra
    • The science of rest to physically replenish the bodymind for greater health
    • Rest to open yourself to greater objectivity, awareness, and a more relaxed state of being that empowers creativity
    • Deep rest supported by sonic healing to shift long-held patterns of tension within the body, organs, and brain
    • Insight from Ayurvedic principles to simplify and hone your lifestyle choices.

    Practice yogic sleep while enveloped in the healing vibrational frequencies of singing bowls and ancient gongs. Return home replenished, with a greater sense of balance, calm, and ease.
