In this program, you
- Learn elegant alignment techniques to make your practice more enjoyable
- Explore spiritually uplifting poses with greater safety and ease
- Receive excellent coaching and adjustments to make your poses blossom

Meditation, breathing, journal writing, and small group sharing further deepen the insights gleaned from your practice.
