Embark upon an exciting journey to reconnect with the vision of caring and healing that originally inspired you to become a nurse. Integrative Nurse Coaching was created by nurses, for nurses, and uses a bio-psycho-social-spiritual-cultural-environmental model of care. Developed by three creative nurse leaders, it incorporates evidence-based coaching methodologies and practices, along with tools and skills for enhancing health and well-being through behavioral change.
The Integrative Nurse Coach model can be incorporated into all health-care environments and implemented in diverse community settings. You learn to
- Guide and support people in facing life challenges
- Assist people in identifying goals, making choices, and creating and sustaining the changes they desire
- Bring intentionality, presence, mindfulness, and the therapeutic use of self into your work.
Take this journey with Barbara Dossey and Susan Luck back to the heart, art, and science of nursing.
