Program Details

Get started with fundamental yoga techniques that inspires you to practice. This program provides you with everything you need to begin a personal practice, including standing and sitting postures, breathing techniques, deep relaxation skills, and meditation instruction. You also learn the modifications and adjustments necessary to tailor the practice to your unique needs.

Cristie Newhart has designed this workshop especially for beginners, creating a supportive learning environment to emphasize the approaches that will work best for you. This weekend program guides you in
