Kabbalah is mindful mysticism for soul-centered living. In practice, it aims at the discovery and cultivation of our true nature, and supports us to live in deep connection to self and the world with expanded consciousness. Rabbi Sigal Brier guides us in healing and restorative methods to help us tune into the mystery of our heart’s desire as it beckons us to live with joy and fulfillment.
In this workshop, we
- Explore the landscape of the soul with meditation, deep relaxation, self-inquiry, breath, sharing, and chanting
- Learn to listen deeply and practice methods of self-attunement as we release stress, discontent, and dissatisfaction
