Whether you are brand-new to sitting meditation or a seasoned practitioner, Harshada Wagner’s approach is user-friendly, yet profound. This program is designed to create inner awakening and offers tools to support you in living a full, big-hearted life.
Note Bring comfortable clothing for meditation and yoga, walking or hiking shoes, and a journal and pen. Harshada suggests eating vegetarian during the program and eating lightly before opening night.
