I can’t tell you how much fun I’ve had running workshops since taking your training. It’s been good for my soul and for business—even on the day 155 people showed up for what was supposed to be a 40-person workshop. It was wild, but people loved it.

—Lois Kelly, marketing strategist, organizational change facilitator, and author of Beyond Buzz: The Next Generation of Word-of-Mouth Marketing

Note Tuition includes a 100-page manual with checklists, templates, and tools to help you organize and prioritize. This program is part of a three-course curriculum on the four pillars of transformational workshops: a holistic view, mind-body practices, group process, and the group leader’s twin roles as teacher and facilitator. Each course stands on its own and may be taken in any order. The three courses include Creating Transformational Workshops, a two-day overview to help you get clear about your calling; Designing and Leading Transformational Workshops, a five-day immersion in the craft of the experiential teacher; and Facilitating Transformational Workshops, a four-day group-dynamics lab on the art of facilitating.

In order prepare for the workshop, please fill out a Participant Survey and e-mail it to at least one week prior to our opening session. If you already have a title, tag, and workshop description or overview of your workshop, please fill this out and bring it with you. If you do not, the Mind Map will help start the thinking process.
