For women and their daughters (teens ages 13 and up); all levels including beginners.

Each one of us has a mother, and we also carry the archetype of mother within us. Sarahjoy Marsh has designed this workshop to rejuvenate and celebrate the blessings of being a daughter, mother, grandmother, or all three.

Through yoga, meditation, and group experiences, we

  • Practice self-nurturance
  • Learn to attune to the needs of body, mind, and heart
  • Open to playfulness and camaraderie
  • Return to our innate feminine capacity for self-renewing love and wisdom.

Yoga and mindfulness teach us the tools for this process, while coming together in community catalyzes our potential.

Join Sarahjoy for a weekend that is truly a celebration of yourself as both daughter and mother. Come alone or bring your mother, daughter, grandmother, or granddaughter for a program that is truly a celebration of motherhood and the feminine spirit in us all.
