An ancient, cleansing ritual for today’s world…

Special rate: $2,364 (includes tuition, healing arts, and nonrefundable $55 application and intake consultation fee).

Panchakarma is an ancient Ayurvedic cleansing and rejuvenation practice from India that works to clear out excesses in the mind, body, and spirit and instill a sense of balance and calm, right down to the cellular level. Panchakarma—which means “five actions”—helps us remove excess energies that have built up in the body. Ayurveda treats each individual, considering his/her unique psychological, emotional and physical constitution. It’s a system based on natural healing through strengthening the body, mind, and spirit and allowing our bodies’ own natural healing mechanisms to work to their fullest potential.

Panchakarma at Kripalu is an individualized therapy that remains as faithful to the ancient tradition as possible while being manageable and affordable. The process requires the complete involvement of the individual and personal engagement in all its steps. In keeping with tradition, portions of the regimen will be followed at home prior to arrival at Kripalu and a continued practice is recommended upon returning home. The entire cleansing and rejuvenation process can last more than 30 days.
