For yoga practitioners and teachers at all levels.

Yoga students remark that qigong deepens their yoga practice, and yoga teachers find that students love it when they weave qigong and tai chi into their classes. This workshop integrates five revered tai chi and qigong principles, all directed at harmonizing qi, or prana: Three Treasures, Four Baskets of Practice, Nine Phases of Cultivation and Mastery, Nine Embodiments of Qi, and Golden Elixir of Longevity and Immortality.

Yoga and qigong teachers share the ideals of awakening healing and well-being for their students and opening a portal to oneness and spiritual peace. In this training, Roger teaches therapeutic and stress-relief qigong, as well as Shen (transcendent) Gong, the gateway to truth and unity.

Note Tuition includes Roger Jahnke’s books The Healer Within and The Healing Promise of Qi.

Professional Certification Participants may request professional certification for this program. This certification includes a special session with Dr. Jahnke and a certificate. An assistant will be available during the training to communicate your interest for the certificate and professional session.
