Maria Sirois and Izzy Lenihan and the entire workshop was one of the best I’ve taken anywhere, including at Kripalu, Canyon Ranch and Onsite. It changed my life. Their chemistry and leadership style was the perfect mix to inspire me to change the things I came to Kripalu to change.

For everyone.

Learn how to create a lighter, rejuvenated life in a program based on the principles of Positive Psychology and personal coaching. Gain tools for clarity and change, and identify the clutter you’re ready to let go of—not just in your home but also in your relationships, at work, and in your mind and heart.

Clutter is more than what crowds your physical environment. It can be found in stress-based thoughts, confusing feelings, and unclear visions that weigh us down. What you choose to remove from your life is as important—if not more important—than what you choose to bring into it.

Recommendations (additional fees apply):

  • Add on a Life Coaching session for additional support around decluttering
  • Pamper yourself with a Kripalu Meditative Massage or Dr. Hauschka Facial

Please reserve early as appointments are limited. Find out more about these sessions on Kripalu’s Healing Arts pages or call 888.738.1822 to make an appointment.
