For all levels, including beginners.

If your life is full, your schedule packed, and you’ve forgotten how to slow down—this weekend is for you.

Restorative yoga is a powerful practice that uses a variety of props to support and stabilize the body and promote renewal and rebalancing of the body and mind. It’s a wonderful way to incorporate self-care into your life and generate the energy you need.

The practice of restorative yoga

  • Releases deeply held tensions
  • Soothes your nervous system
  • Strengthens your immune system
  • Refills your spiritual well.

Carving out the time to relax and let go of your to-do list is essential to health and well-being. In this workshop, Sudha Carolyn Lundeen uses a mix of gentle yoga, breathing, and meditation practices along with classic, supported restorative poses. You return home with a sense of peaceful well-being and a series of restorative postures you can practice at any time.

Note Wear loose, comfy clothes, and bring a warm scarf, socks, and a stocking cap or sweatshirt with a hood to keep you warm during restorative poses. If you have your own eye pillow, please bring it.
