Make time to pause from your everyday responsibilities and all your “shoulds.” This life-changing yoga retreat with Lena Madsen includes a balanced blend of pranayama (breathing), asana (posture), seated meditation, and deep relaxation. Lena allows plenty of time for questions, answers, and an outdoor meditation session, if weather permits.
Learn how to practice with intelligence, humor, and compassion—molding a yoga practice to your individual needs. As your understanding increases, your practice naturally deepens. Lena is a gifted teacher who is able to describe both the concrete and subtle aspects of the practice.
