Explore a more fulfilling relationship through the exchange of Thai massage. This powerful practice releases tension, relaxes the mind, and allows you to have fun while building a deeper connection.

In this workshop, you learn to

  • Kindle kindness and love with skillful touch.

Thai massage, a playful mix of compassionate touch, yoga stretches, and loving-kindness meditation, is done fully clothed on a cushioned mat. Learning Thai massage can build the strength of your relationship throughout your life together, and this workshop teaches you a full Thai flow to offer each other at home.

Note Kneeling postures are used during this program. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
