For singles, couples, and all sexual orientations; yoga and qigong experience not required.
Prana Regina Barrett and John Rene Berard are a husband-and-wife team who have shared a Taoist, shamanic, and yoga-based tantric path for 17 years. They have created a retreat of safe and sacred sharing with practices that awaken your true purpose, enliven your senses, and expand your connection with Self and other.
Tantra is a practice of breath, movement, sound, and meditation that encourages the body’s energy centers and pathways to open so that dormant energy is free to rise. Tantra practices also help to balance the masculine and feminine aspects within. When tantra becomes a lifestyle, you can experience new levels of expansion, clarity, and connection.
This retreat includes
- Solo Tantra Yoga and qigong with modifications for all abilities and body types
- Partner yoga and qigong for connection and lovemaking
- Sacred touch
- Communication techniques to lovingly express needs
- Men’s and women’s circles
- Orgasm transmutation lesson, home play, and discussion
- Qigong walking meditation in the Kripalu Labyrinth (weather permitting).
Toni Bergins joins Prana and Rene to guide JourneyDance sessions that awaken the sexy self within, ignite energy, and transform the soul.
