Program Details

Are you tired of being in pain? Have medical and alternative treatments failed to give you relief? Medical doctor Howard Schubiner has developed a comprehensive program that helps people understand the source of chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia, back and neck pain, tension and migraine headaches, irritable bowel and bladder syndromes, TMJ, anxiety, depression, and other related syndromes.

Most chronic pain is due to alterations in nerve connections that become wired into lasting patterns. This innovative program helps you discover the underlying causes of your pain and teaches you to retrain your brain for complete healing.

Once the causes are clear, specific exercises in therapeutic journaling, emotional expression work meditation, and brain reprogramming are successful in breaking the vicious cycle of pain for most people. Participants receive complimentary enrollment in Howard’s 4-week online program (a $100 value) to continue their progress toward a pain-free life.

Note This program is designed for people with any of the mind-body conditions described above and is not appropriate for people with cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, or other disorders that cause pathologic changes in the body.

Please complete and return this medical history questionnaire to ensure that the program is right for you. If you are unsure whether you have Mind Body Syndrome as described on the website, contact Howard at hschubiner@gmail.com. If you are a professional health provider and are interested in learning how to conduct these seminars, please contact Howard for dates of training programs.
