For all levels.

Every culture has its unique practice for uniting body, mind and spirit. This workshop explores indigenous healing practices from diverse traditions.

Join us in honoring self, spirit, and our connection to one another. “The whole world is one family” was a favorite saying of Swami Kripalu, the Indian yogi for whom Kripalu was named.

During this weekend we honor him, commemorate the U.N. International Day of Peace, and invite you to enjoy the diversity of paths that lead to the one: yoga. Within a circle of community, this talented group of presenters reflects on the wisdom of ancestral teachings.

This workshop explores

  • Yoga as a peace practice
  • Ways to nurture soul and spirit through stillness and by exploring the natural rhythms of the body
  • Our familial roots, through dance, movement, drumming, chanting, meditation, and sharing.
