Are you longing to feel more alive and connected to yourself? The highly synergistic practices of yoga and Proprioceptive Writing support self-inquiry and discovery through heightened awareness. Proprioceptive Writing is a contemplative writing practice that engages your attention in a focused and relaxed way. This simple but profound practice helps you discover new information about old stories and stimulates movement away from old patterns toward fresh insights, understandings, and perspectives.
Alternating between practice on the yoga mat and practice at the writing table, you experience increased self-trust and aliveness. Take your journal writing or other self-discovery practices to the next level with the engaging and inspiring practice of Proprioceptive Writing supported by gentle and moderate yoga.
