Breath is life and life is breath. When breath flows, so does life.—Yogi Bhajan
Awaken your inner body of light, the pranamayakosha, and expand your life force with Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. This form of yoga combines breathing exercises (pranayama) with movements, postures (asanas), deep relaxation, chanting, and meditation to awaken the great power within you known as kundalini, an energy with enormous healing potential.
If your yoga practice is mostly asana-based, this workshop deepens your relationship with the “radiant body;” the breath within the breath. You learn how to
- Enhance, extend, and harness the power of the breath
- Draw upon inner locks, or bandhas, to channel heightened pranic energy
- Use hand gestures (mudras) to strengthen your mental focus.
With the techniques of Kundalini Yoga, you touch your true identity, experience physical rejuvenation and mental clarity, and brighten your spirit. Daniel offers both beginners and advanced students helpful tips for an effective home practice.
