For all levels.

Refresh the vital realms of body, mind, and breath on this magical getaway with masterful guidance. Take the time to connect with springtime rhythms in the beautiful mountains of the Berkshires. Open to your place in nature and celebrate the planet of your being with mindful hiking in the fresh, revitalizing air, with rich, cool ground to touch.

After each hike, you will head indoors, turning inward with a simple, supported, and deep relaxation and meditation experience. In addition to hiking, you will learn a variety of techniques you can take home with you, including

  • Mindfulness exercises
  • Breath and movement coordination
  • Healing yoga postures.

Energize and renew as you open to the beauty of your inner and outer worlds.

Note Hikes will vary according to group abilities. Bring rain gear, hiking boots or sturdy walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen, layered outside clothing, a small backpack, insect repellent, and a water bottle.
