Come find out how the “happiness class” can help you enhance your general well-being, self-esteem, and motivation.
Integrating theory and practice, East and West, philosophy and psychology, you’ll learn how to use the most effective tools available to feel more connected, fulfilled, and, yes, happier. The focus of the program will be on enhancing self-acceptance, self-esteem, motivation, and general well-being.
You’ll leave with a set of principles you can begin to use right away.
