YogaEd. is a successful, nationally recognized yoga program for schools. In this training, you learn a variety of fun, yoga-based activities specially designed for the classroom, along with effective class-management techniques. All tools are in step with the latest brain research.

Leave refreshed and inspired with skills you can use in your classes and a variety of resources, including the illustrated YogaEd. Tools for Teachers Manual for Grades K–8, a CD of music to accompany YogaEd.’s tools in the classroom, and a nutrition activity booklet with reproducible pages.
