Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health is seeking a Dining Room Team Leader to oversee Dining Room operations.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Prior supervisor experience; food industry or service experience a plus
  • Proven team leader
  • Ability to effectively communicate with staff, providing direction and managing conflict
  • Knowledge of, or a willingness to learn, general food service operations and health codes
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Positive and upbeat attitude a must

Knowledge of natural foods and knowledge of, or a willingness to learn, general food service operations and health codes is valued, but not essential.
