The Kripalu Shop Key Holder assists in supervising the daily activities of the sales team. This individual works under the Kripalu Shop Floor Manager to communicate the daily goals and objectives to the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and to maintain a high level of efficiency in the Kripalu Shop. Assists in training the sales team in customer service, POS system, Shop policies and procedures, and product knowledge. This position models exceptional sales and guest service behavior at all times.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years prior retail experience
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Organized and very detail oriented
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with clarity and politeness
  • Ability to work in a busy environment
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
  • Flexibility with schedule is a must
