About This Program

While COVID-19 presents challenges, it also affords us opportunities to craft new approaches to navigating daily stress while building a vision for the future. Maria Sirois and Karlee Fain masterfully blend soul with science, integrating proven techniques and research from positive psychology and life coaching to help you rediscover the wisdom you already carry within.

Join them to process the pandemic in real-time and plan a practical strategy that allows you to create the best of what is yet to come. Through the tools of resilience, clarity, and  goal setting, you learn

  • A framework for “grounded optimism” that allows you to acknowledge your challenges while also finding moments of respite and comfort
  • The four seasons of personal growth, steps to guide you forward, and what you don’t need to focus on now
  • A five-point system to build a stable foundation so that the decisions you make can serve you both now and in the future.

Note You will have access to the six video recordings for 30 days after the program ends.
