You’re invited to bring Kripalu’s Executive Chef, Jeremy Rock Smith, into your kitchen from his home during this 4-week online interactive cooking program. Week by week, cook alongside Jeremy as he guides you through recipes step-by-step while sharing technical and nutrition tips and tricks.

Note Recipes, ingredients, and supply lists will be emailed each week so participants can be prepared for each session. You will have access to the four video recordings for 30 days after the program ends.
