Kripalu’s safety guidelines and protocols were created in full compliance with the Centers for Disease Control and the state of MassachusettsThe health, safety, and protection of our guests, faculty, and staff is our top priority. We will be monitoring federal, state, and local guidelines on a daily basis and update our protocols as required.


When will Kripalu be open to in-person guests?

The Kripalu retreat center is opening for both registered day and overnight R&R guests beginning August 19, 2021. Read more about the experience here.

Are vaccinations required for guests?

The health, safety, and protection of our guests, faculty, and staff is our top priority. In compliance with Massachusetts travel guidelines, all guests will be required to show proof of vaccination OR a COVID-19 test that produced negative results within 72 hours of your arrival. Massachusetts is opening and adjusting its guidelines on May 29. Will masks still be required?

We will still be requiring masks at our retreat center. With that in mind, we will continue to monitor all updates to federal, state, and local guidelines on a daily basis. We anticipate these guidelines listed here to evolve. Our priority is ensuring a safe and healthy experience for our community. Check back here for updates.

Can I come just for the day?

Yes—our R&R experience is available mid-week (Wednesday and Thursdays) for day guests. Registration before arrival is required. Read more about our R&R experience here.

Can I come for lunch? To visit the shop? Walk the grounds? For a drop-in yoga or movement class?

At this time, our campus offerings—including meals, the shop, and our grounds—are only available to registered R&R guests. Register for R&R here.

When can I book my stay?

Will online programs and offerings continue?

Yes—we will continue to offer online Kripalu Faculty and guest presenter programs through Zoom. Explore all our online offerings here.

Will Kripalu Schools trainings be in-person?

We anticipate Kripalu Schools trainings returning to the retreat center in March 2022. Until then, all Kripalu Schools trainings are available online. Read more about the Kripalu Schools and find all upcoming training dates here.

When will outside presenters be returning to Kripalu?
