Yoga gains popularity each year, and for many people wishing to explore its benefits, it’s hard to know where to start. Suitable for those new to yoga or advanced yogis interested in learning about Kripalu Yoga, this live online program focuses on the fundamentals of yoga while demystifying the postures and language of this ancient practice so that you can feel confident and comfortable about practicing yoga. 

In a safe, supportive environment, you learn 

  • Fundamental yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation practices 
  • How to stay safe and stable in your postures, and how to modify for your own body 
  • Practical applications of Kripalu’s yogic philosophy to enrich your life 
  • Simple, easy to learn sequences you can do at home. 

Feel self-assured next time you step on the mat and take with you the knowledge you need to get the most from your yoga, whether you’re practicing at home or in a group class. 

Note  All recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session. You will have access to the four video recordings for 30 days after the program ends.

This program—developed and led by our own faculty with the Kripalu methodology in mind—is offered exclusively at Kripalu.
