Come together with community for a 3-day program designed to reset and soothe the mind and body in this season of growth.  

Lead by breathwork healer, Ayurvedic practitioner, and Kripalu Yoga teacher Regina of Wolf Medicine Magic, this collective gathering explores the ancient principles of Ayurveda, yogic philosophy, and pranayama as tools for vata management and harmony.  

Settle in as Regina guides through meditation and pranayama as a framework for being with one's self free of judgments and criticism as you 

  • Release stuck energy 
  • Connect with your body 
  • Love yourself. 

Allow yourself space and time to find quiet, groundedness, and allow your subconscious mind to be heard. 

Note This program includes gentle movement, please have available a cushion or yoga block. The recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of the program. You will have access to the three video recordings for 30 days after the program ends.
