Fall recipes should be hearty and healthy! In this series, experience all of that and more with Kripalu’s wildly popular Executive Chef, Jeremy Rock Smith, who will be cooking with you right from his own kitchen.  So, if you’re tired of recycling the same butternut squash recipe and wish you could bring the flavorful, nutritious meals served at Kripalu into your kitchen, this is for you!  

 In this engaging, interactive, and joyful program you explore

  • Strategies to purchase, store, prep, and prepare a variety of seasonal vegetables, including squashes and root vegetables 
  • Tips and tricks for kitchen efficiency 
  • Methods and best-practices in how to purchase, store, and properly utilize dried spices and herbs. 

Cook in real-time with Jeremy or just watch and cook later alongside the recorded class. Learn Kripalu Kitchen’s classic recipes—as well as some that have never been shared before until now!—with a beloved community ready to jump into this flavorful season. 

Note Recipes, ingredients, and supply lists will be emailed each week so participants can be prepared for each session. All recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session. You will have access to the four video recordings for 30 days after the program ends.

Jeremy Rock Smith, Kripalu’s Executive Chef and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, began his career in classical French cuisine.
