Through live cooking demos, Q&A, and group discussion explore

Whether you are interested in learning about Ayurvedic cooking for the first time or a practiced yogi looking to understand Ayurveda's perspective on the transition from summer diet to fall diet, this live program shares practical ways to infuse your life with Ayurvedic wisdom. 

Note Recipes and ingredient lists will be provided prior to the first session to allow cooking alongside Kate. You will have access to the three recorded sessions for 30 days after the program ends. All recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session.
