Throughout this 4-week series you 

  • Build positivity, productivity, and mental clarity 
  • Train in evidence-based mind-body tools shown to reduce stress and foster wellbeing 
  • Learn to recognize and respond to your body’s physical stress response with the calming power of your breath. 
  • Deepen social relationships both in this present moment of physical distancing and over time 
  • Design a personalized plan for supporting your resilience beyond the program 

Finish the series with practical tools to help lead yourself and your professional community with compassion and ease.
