Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health is seeking a Dish Room Team Leader to be responsible for managing the Dish Room staff and ensuring all daily tasks are completed in accordance with dining and food services regulations.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior Experience as a Supervisor
  • Food Industry or Service experience a plus
  • Proven team leader
  • Ability to effectively communicate with staff and provide direction
  • Knowledge of, or a willingness to learn, general food service operations and health codes
  • Ability to manage conflict
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pound
