Caroline Adams Miller, MAPP, has been a groundbreaking pioneer in the areas of goal-setting/accomplishment, grit, happiness, and success for almost three decades. She is recognized as one of the world’s leading experts on the science behind successful goal-setting and the use of “good” grit to achieve major accomplishments. Caroline is a speaker, coach, media personality, and author of seven books, including Getting Grit, Creating Your Best Life, and Thriving Women, Thriving World. She teaches at the Wharton Business School’s executive education program, graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University, and received her master’s in positive psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
