Aim True

Infuse every breath, every practice, and every day with the power of your intention. What does it mean to aim true in your life? In this special one-day event, Kathryn Budig offers a variety of ways to

  • Find your inner archer and physically manifest empowerment, awareness, and compassion through asana
  • Tackle poses you dread in order to come out stronger and more courageous
  • Conquer fear to reach love.

In a program based on her newly released book, Aim True, Kathryn uses creative posture sequencing, lecture, and flow to facilitate embodied authenticity and balance.

Note Bring a journal and pen. This program will be held from 8:30 am–3:45 pm, followed by a book signing. Tuition includes breakfast and lunch; dinner can be purchased at additional cost. View schedule.

Extend Your Stay: Come for a weekend program April 29–May 1 and stay Sunday night to attend this event with Kathryn Budig (must pay event tuition plus Sunday night housing cost.)* Or, come Monday and stay for one night of R&R after the event (must pay event tuition plus R&R Retreat fee and Monday night housing.)**

*Monday departures must check out by 12:00 pm.

**Monday arrivals will not be able to check-in to rooms until after the event has concluded at 4:00 pm.
