The Ancient Art of Healing Music, Yoga, and Meditation as a Healing Path

For all levels.

Since ancient times, people have used music, movement, and the human voice as instruments for healing. In this program Ajeet Kaur shares the practices of Kundalini Yoga, meditation, chanting, and dance to experience the stillness, peace, and freedom that is our most natural state. These ancient practices have an incredible capacity to open us in profound ways, to peel away the layers of tension, stress, or hesitation, inviting us into deep connection and healing.

Join Ajeet and her band for a weekend of deepening into life’s mystery and reconnecting with your soul’s path. The program includes a special Saturday night concert you won’t want to miss.
