For mental-health professionals; please see note below.

Irene R. Siegel teaches an innovative approach to therapy that uses a double focus of attention, from egoic to expanded awareness, through intuitive mindful skills and resonance, enhancing the model within which EMDR therapy is based. Join her to explore current research along with shamanic philosophies of spirituality, integrated into Western psychology.

• East meets West integrative psychotherapy
• Energy, meditation, and clinical application
• Awakening consciousness

Through lecture, discussion, case presentations, and experiential exercises, you learn

  • How to identify the relationship between science, psychology, and spiritual philosophy
  • Meditation and mindful awareness skills
  • Alternative ways of knowing, such as inner vision, hearing, and kinesthetic bodily sensations
  • Internal intuitive tracking skills to determine client/therapist resonance as an assessment tool
  • Application of mindful awareness, resonance, and internal feedback mechanisms into the EMDR protocol, creating a nonlinear approach for multiple therapeutic models.

Return home with empowering new tools to take your clients from healing to true transformation.

“Wonderful program! It will continue to increase the effectiveness and my insight in use of EMDR. Natural combination of mindfulness and EMDR to strengthen effectiveness of EMDR. Would highly recommend!” —Terry P.

“Irene is a gifted teacher. She is able to put into language concepts of energy that I experienced but was unable to articulate. Our energy as a group was built through the process which led to faster, deeper processing in the practice of EMDR sessions—proof of the effectiveness of this approach.” —Nancy M.
