In this program, Maria leads you on an exploration of Appreciative Living, a practice based on decades of research in the fields of appreciative inquiry and positive psychology that empowers us to ask better questions and move toward our best selves, all while finding delight in everyday life. Through lecture, group discussion, introspection and a bit of play, you explore the science of appreciative inquiry in order to relieve the pain points in your days and amplify that which is already sustaining.
