The Art and Necessity of Self-Care A Loving-Kindness, Meditation, and Yoga Women’s Retreat

Give yourself the gift of self-care in a soul-nourishing retreat environment. With precious and nurturing downtime, you learn simple, mindful practices for slowing down, soothing your nervous system, recharging and balancing your energy, befriending your body, relaxing deeply, and attuning to your power and inner wisdom.

This program, designed just for women, includes a blend of gentle Kripalu Yoga, breathing exercises, loving-kindness meditation, and mindfulness meditation, along with reflection, journaling, and time outside on Kripalu’s beautiful property. With blocks of silence in the program room, optional social silence, and time to walk in nature, Rebecca Kronlage offers many opportunities for introspection, reflection, and healing.

Recommended reading and listening Tara Brach, True Refuge; and any meditations by Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, and other teachers from Spirit Rock in California.
