Art and Yoga

For yoga teachers, artists, healers, therapists, and everyone interested in the healing power of yoga and art; no prior experience with art or Kundalini Yoga required.

Discover how pairing the complementary practices of yoga and art can enhance your creativity and bring healing into your life. While this program introduces you to Kundalini Yoga, the art exercises you learn here can be used with any style of yoga, meditation, or healing.

Develop your approach to art and yoga as you

  • Combine movement, sound, and writing with visual arts and Kundalini Yoga (beginners are welcome)
  • Use art to work effectively with images, difficult emotions, and relationships
  • Experiment with natural and traditional media, including henna, kolam (ground pigment drawings), water-based paints, and recycled paper beads.

If you are a yoga teacher, this program offers creative-arts exercises to deepen your practice. If you work in the arts, you can learn simple yoga techniques to enhance creative focus and flow.
