Awakening The Thinking-Feeling Self Yoga and Proprioceptive Writing

The rigors of daily life can dim our sense of aliveness and disconnect us from ourselves. By cultivating awareness and acknowledging what feelings come up, we can learn to nourish our roots and strengthen our sense of belonging to the earth and to ourselves.

Join Kim Chandler for a program dedicated to restoring the vitality of your body, mind, and spirit. Through gentle yoga and contemplative writing exercisesKim will guide you to turn inward to your thoughts and feelings with deeper wisdom and more attuned consciousness. You will

  • Build self trust and confidence
  • Gain new understandings and perspectives
  • Ground your thinking mind and free up creativity
  • Cultivate concentration, and restore a sense of aliveness in your body and mind.

Return home remembering who you are, and feeling more energized, relaxed, and reconnected to the world around you.

Note The structure of proprioceptive writing will be introduced as a guide to contemplative writing. No prior knowledge or ability with yoga or writing is required.
