Spring Ayurveda Retreat Energize, Lighten, and Enliven

EXPLORE THE AYURVEDA TOOL KIT

After a long winter of hibernation, it's time to blossom open into spring.

Join Kripalu lead faculty member Erin Casperson and academic manager of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda, Rachel de Simone, as they guide you to explore the Ayurveda approach of lifestyle and food tools that prevent and alleviate allergies, sluggishness, lethargy, and heaviness.

You will learn to:

  • Make and use teas and spices to increase digestive power.
  • Prepare light, nourishing, and easy-to-digest foods for spring.
  • Create a daily self-care routine that increases energy and digestion.
  • Integrate yoga and movement practices into your everyday routine.
  • Prevent allergies using traditional Ayurveda therapies.
  • Increase circulation and vitality in your skin.
  • Maintain your health year-long.

Discover why Ayurveda seasonal changes are vital to maintain health in this enlivening, educational, and joy-filled program.

NOTE Please bring clothing appropriate for self-massage with oil—such as a tank top, shorts, shirt, or pants that can be rolled up—and outdoor clothing and shoes. Time is spent outside in this program and the temperature varies in the Berkshires.
