On Campus Program

Ayurveda Self-Care Retreat

NOURISH YOURSELF

Join Kripalu lead faculty member, Erin Casperson, for a special weekend program just in time for Mother’s Day.

Relax into a supportive community as you explore nourishing Ayurvedic self-care practices including self-massage and replenishing facials. Through breathwork, meditation, discussion, and more, you will:

  • Make Ayurvedic skin cleansers.
  • Practice self-massage with oil.
  • Set intentions for bringing home self-care practices.
  • Spend contemplative time outdoors on the grounds of the beautiful Kripalu campus.

Connect with other busy moms who do so much for others and make this a weekend to reconnect and remember your true self.

NOTE Please bring clothing appropriate for self-massage with oil—such as a tank top, shorts, shirt, or pants that can be rolled up—and seasonally appropriate shoes and outerwear for outdoor walks and meditation.
